When Adulting Kicks In

Summer is officially over and getting re-adjusted to the back-to-school hustle can take a few weeks. The beginning of September has been a little rocky but putting in SMALL efforts always keeps me on track.

Some easy things I do to not lose my mojo:

1. Hoping on my peloton for only 10 minutes

2. Quick morning stretch

3. Walk down the block after lunch

It might not make a huge difference in my physical results. But mentally it keeps me in check šŸ§˜šŸæā€ā™€ļø
